Grant joined Boyle & Lowry as an associate in April 2023. Prior to joining Boyle & Lowry, Grant’s practice focused on commercial litigation, where he successfully represented numerous contractors, developers, builders, architects, and engineers on various matters in both state and federal court.

Grant received his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, in 2018, where he graduated with honors. After graduation, Grant moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Norman, Oklahoma. While in law school, Grant was named to the Dean’s List, participated in numerous moot court and other trial competitions, served as Assistant Executive Editor for the American Indian Law Review, and volunteered with organizations like the Business Law Society. Grant received his dual JD/MBA from the University of Oklahoma in 2022.

Grant currently assists with all Boyle & Lowry’s municipal, special district, municipal utility district, fresh water supply district, water control improvement district, public improvement district, water district, tax increment finance district, and other governmental clients. Grant currently serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Princeton, Texas, and Town of Westover Hills, Texas, and general counsel for the Franklin County Water District. Grant has extensive experience with open records, open meetings, litigation matters, complex governmental contracts, and economic development.

Grant is a firm believer that hard work, determination, compassion, and open communication are the keys to successful client representation. Grant was born in Dallas, Texas, and grew up in Mount Vernon, Texas. Grant spends his time away from the office playing golf, hunting at his family ranch, and boating on Lake Cypress Springs. Grant is an avid Aggie and Sooner sports fan.
